dirty room, rude staff
The location is great and breakfast was decent.
The room was not clean at all, and the sheets had stains all over. One staff member was rude and condescending when we asked about the exchange rate.

Had the comfiest bed in Laos & helpful receptionist. Breakfast was a culinary delight. the location was serene & the staff attentive. Enjoyed the billiards too! Everything is close by, room cleaned daily, & tasty inclusive meals that left me full. Rooms had AC from 19:30 and a fan afterward.
Shower needs fixing & toilets sometimes dirty. Lack of clarity on tour packages can lead to misleading experiences.
